Years of Requisite Experience: 6-12+ years

Licensure: Preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design and technical experience at a consistently high level of accomplishment.
- Exhibits strong conceptual thinking with an ability to communicate ideas both graphically and verbally.
- Develops and implements creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
- Understands and consistently executes all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Maintains awareness of evolving landscape technology.
- Understands and responds to technical implications and design decisions.
- Execute drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Executes responsibilities on projects within the scope of schedule and budget.
- Experience with marketing pursuits, proposal preparation, and interviews.
- Experience with mentoring and leading support staff through design process.
- Coordinates effectively with partners, colleagues, and consultants throughout the design phases.
- Displays a strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills in support of a growing landscape architecture.
