What You'll Do
- Develop compelling brand experiences from concept to execution, with a strong focus on packaging and visual identity.
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into insight-led design solutions.
- Lead and deliver brand, graphic, and packaging design projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to building distinctive brand worlds across multiple touchpoints.
- Explore new tools, technologies, and creative methodologies to elevate design outcomes.
- Respond to briefs with speed, agility, and attention to detail while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years+ of experience in brand, graphic, or packaging design, ideally within FMCG.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, and conceptual thinking across print and brand building.
- Experience developing and applying visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Excellent sketching and concept development abilities; illustration skills are a plus.
- Exposure to broader design disciplines including packaging, digital, motion, or industrial design.
- Strong understanding of social-first content and contemporary visual culture.
- Interest or experience in photography and digital content creation is a plus.
- Comfortable working across diverse brands, categories, and markets.
Technical & Specialist Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and related design tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for design development, visualization, and creative exploration.
- Exposure to motion design and animation is a plus.
- Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, trends, and creative innovation.
