Job Summary
C1 Innovation Lab (Dallas) -- Helping customers reimagine Health Insurance
Opened in August 2017 in the West End, C1 Innovation Lab is located in a high-rise development housing HCSC in the Heart of Dallas. This is a place where we put our customers first (C1) while we imagine, explore, nurture, and activate on their behalf. The C1 Lab serves as a beacon for customers by demonstrating how committed we are to generating forward-thinking solutions that reduce health care expenses and improve health outcomes. C1 complements existing functions and infuses innovation into our daily operations.

We are looking for a design practitioner to help C1 Innovation Lab shape our strategy and practice of innovation. This includes synerging improvements to the human experience with organizational and technical feasibility in a way that achieves our business goals; If you have experience playing a leading role in a design or innovation practice with impressive case studies that demonstrate business results; if you are innately curious, self-directed but highly collaborative, you may be the designer were looking for.
Required Job Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in design strategy, design planning, or service design
•5 years of project work experience in the design strategy, design research or service design space.
•Experience planning and conducting research programs (including secondary and primary research), analyzing and synthesizing qualitative data and co-facilitating concept/design workshops
•Systems thinking
•Service design understanding
•Experience collaborating and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
•Experience with user-centered design practices, methods and tools.
•Experience generating user-friendly reports with strategic thinking and visuals.
•Verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•Advanced degree
•Understanding of and ability to engage in the entire design process (planning, research, concept development, prototype and pilot).

Base Pay Range$107,300.00 - $193,800.00
