Position Summary:
The Program Manager will be involved in every aspect of our projects, ensuring that our efforts are planned, executed, and shared efficiently and seamlessly. You will work very closely with the Project members/team to make sure all planning related to our work is completed and all the right collaborations are happening, and the highest quality of work is being shared.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the program management process, including contracts, program organization, resourcing, plan development, scope management, and risk mitigation
- Proactively and clearly communicate program status, risks, and developments to relevant stakeholders
- Build trust with teams across Samsung, managing expectations with confidence and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both inside and outside of SDIC
- Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including scope, day-to-day activities, and performance evaluation
- Manage program budgets and forecasts
- Maintain appropriate program documentation related to deliverables, schedule, and budget
- Aid in the ongoing evolution of the Program Management discipline within SDIC
- Enable Samsung SDIC teams to do the best work of their career
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years in consulting, agency, or industry-related experience managing teams of cross-discipline resources with complex, multi-location programs
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness and follow-through on details
- Experience with implementing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to develop strong relationships and enable cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- Ability and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
- Business-level fluency in English
- International and Domestic travel may be required
- Available to work overtime when needed
Special Attributes:
- Experience with client services or design organization, working in a client or executive stakeholder facing role with a passion for human-centered design
- Experience in account management and business development practices
- Plus, if fluent in Korean

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

$151,200—$207,750 USD
