Job DescriptionA) Overall Projects Interior Design delivery & execution responsibilities.
- The overall Project Interior Design interventions to be managed along with DTS project lead and owners' consultants aligned to the overall project execution sequence.
- Acting as point of contact for Interior Design from kick off “ issuing project specific ID brief” to “ Final layering , art and staging assistance at the time openings aligned to Brand direction.
- Influencing owners to appoint ID and key consultants aligned to Brand approved list.
- Influencing ID of the project via Be spoke Project ID brief aligned to Brand and market.
- Coordinating Day to day design delivery of the project aligned to Global program committee approved Design @ programming and conceptual design stages with owners' consultants.
- Influencing owners' consultants at concept schematic & DD stage of the project.
- Ensure the Final design is aligned to GPC approved direction , with owners consultant.
- Ensuring with owners design team the approved design is documented for construction.
- Coordinating Mock up room sign off.
- Other Design Coordination for F&B, Mice and wellness with owners consultants to be managed.
B) Functional coordination with GBD.
- Fully Understanding the Brand and be immersed with the Brand Design, Brand Design documents in the Brand box and keeping up with all associated regular brand Box updates by GBD.
- GPC Preparation and coordination with GBD at programming and concept stage for validation.
- Taking GBD assistance at critical stages for convincing owners as and when required.
- Ensuring Brand related OSE, Signage’s internal & external are implemented by owners team with GBD assistance
Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or ARCHITECTURE .
Min 5-10 years' experience in Luxury hospitality Interior Design.
Exposure to urban and resorts luxury Hospitality Interiors.
Exposure to MEAIT luxury hospitality preferable.
Experience with International Interior Design firm in delivering Luxury urban and Resort projects from start to opening.
Exposure and proficiency with MS office Autocad, Sketch up, Adobe photoshop , In design or other latest design tools and AI design apps .
Good presentation and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and has initiative under dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and energetic .

Skills Required
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture
