The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.
This is far more than a forecasting role. You'll operate as a strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and helping senior leaders navigate risk, opportunity and growth across a complex and fast-moving healthcare environment.
Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leaders, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy and drive decisions that directly impact business performance and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights and cross-functional inputs
Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on a consensus demand plan
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decision-making
Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis and risk assessments to senior leaders
Represent Demand Planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
Support new product launches, portfolio transitions and lifecycle planning activities
Drive continuous improvement across forecasting processes, reporting, analytics and planning tools
Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance and business outcomes
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
APICS certification or equivalent professional supply chain accreditation
4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions
Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and/or Power Platform
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working across complex, cross-functional business environments
Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or other regulated industries
Exposure to global organisations and matrix environments
Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions or similar forecasting platforms
Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems
Statistical modelling, data analytics or business intelligence experience
Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives

Skills Required
- Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- APICS or relevant professional supply chain accreditation
- 4-6+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain planning or related functions
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting processes and tools
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL and Power Platform experience
