We are looking for a Belgrade-based Senior Demand Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the design, development, execution and measurement of digital marketing campaigns for the ProQuest brand (about.proquest.com). The Demand Marketing Manager role plays a critical part in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through digital channels (email, website, search, and social). This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with end‑to‑end ownership of digital campaign execution, from go‑to‑market planning through performance optimization and pipeline impact. The ideal candidate brings deep experience executing B2B digital campaigns for U.S.-based audiences and a strong understanding of the academic, research, and library buying ecosystem.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree or B2B marketing equivalent work experience
Business proficient level of English language
7 years of relevant experience that include 5 years of experience executing enterprise B2B digital demand marketing campaigns, preferably in SaaS, information services, or subscription-based businesses and 5 years of experience developing integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline contribution with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies

Strong hands-on experience with: SEO/SEM and paid search; Paid social and retargeting; Marketing automation and lead management; Website conversion optimization.
Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing to translate complex solutions into compelling, buyer focused campaigns.
Strong project management skills with experience in working to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
What will you be doing in this role?
Lead the strategic development of demand generation campaigns that align with overall business goals.
Optimize multi-channel marketing efforts across all digital channels
Collaborate with product, field marketing, and external communications teams to drive engagement and lead generation.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the Sales teams to optimize the marketing and sales funnel for maximum lead conversion.
About the Team
Our A&G Demand Marketing team, part of the Revenue organization, is dedicated to driving leads for the business through digital engagement. We design, develop, execute, and measure integrated demand marketing campaigns for Clarivate Academia & Government solutions.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent contract.
The working hours for this role would be two days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining three days a week would follow a more flexible schedule and be available for meetings with US based colleagues.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
