The Role:
In this high-impact role, you will join a dynamic demand generation team working closely with the broader Marketing and Sales teams to develop highly targeted programs that drive target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, you’ll have a dual focus on global PPC/Paid Acquisition as well as the ideation, execution, and measurement of integrated campaigns. You will lead campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, webinars, events, direct mail, etc. This individual contributor role suits a self-starter who excels in a global, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner leaders to align priorities and develop GTM strategy segments.
- Orchestrate targeted integrated campaigns as well as ABM programs (1:1, 1, 1) to engage target accounts and move them through the buyer’s journey.
- Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across digital, social media, email, webinars, events, direct mail, and more.
- Use data models to develop a target account selection process and optimize strategies for success.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing results to optimize based on data and best practices.
- Communicate program status to stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and follow-up by Sales.
- Create, iteratively evaluate, and improve new campaign strategies and tactics that have the potential to move the needle.
- Be accountable for driving target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in B2B demand generation focused on PPC/Paid Acquisition.
- Experience with ABM, multi-channel campaign execution, and content syndication.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and experience driving target account engagement.
- Proven track record of using data insights and best practices to optimize campaigns and achieve pipeline goals.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and other marketing platforms.
- Start-up experience preferred
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
