About the Role

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own Wagmo’s B2B demand generation strategy end-to-end to fuel our sales pipeline and position us as the leading pet benefits provider for employers.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be the strategist and operator responsible for building and scaling high-impact growth programs that span demand gen channels like events, industry partnerships, and paid media. You’ll fuel these channels with compelling thought leadership and content and own marketing operations, attribution, and analytics that power our growth engine.

This is not a back-seat role. You will be directly responsible for generating demand, shaping market perception, optimizing pipeline performance, and ensuring Wagmo captures its category opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Wagmo’s B2B demand generation strategy to build sustained, predictable pipeline and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across events, partnerships, paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social that drive efficient top-of-funnel growth.

  • Establish Wagmo as an industry thought leader by developing and overseeing content programs that fuel our industry awareness and power the demand generation pipeline.

  • Build and maintain world-class outbound playbooks, persona-driven messaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources that fuel prospecting and deal progression.

  • Drive growth through distribution channel partnerships, owning strategy and pilots with new partners in collaboration with Lifecycle and Customer Marketing.

  • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing of campaigns, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Engineer the B2B marketing ops engine with lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems that drive accountability and enable scale.

  • Rigorously analyze and report on campaign performance, turning insights into continuous improvement.

Who You Are

You are a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in high growth environments. You excel at creating programs from scratch and scaling systems that drive measurable pipeline. You take initiative, move quickly, and prioritize what drives revenue.

You partner closely with Sales to translate GTM goals into campaigns that convert, and you have passion for connecting inspiring content with effective channels to form a cohesive end-to-end demand engine. You’re comfortable operating solo, influencing across teams, and doing what it takes to get programs off the ground.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of proven B2B marketing, with a track record of owning demand generation strategies that directly drove pipeline and revenue.

  • Proven success partnering with enterprise sales teams, translating GTM goals into high-impact campaigns that convert leads into opportunities and closed deals.

  • Expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred), with hands-on ownership of lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems that scale.

  • Hands-on expertise managing paid digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting) to drive acquisition.

  • History of building thought leadership programs (events, webinars, whitepapers, research studies) that position companies as category leaders.

  • Experience building sales enablement content that equip sales teams to win.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Creative mindset and ability to develop high-performing creative in partnership with design teams, balancing brand voice with conversion goals.

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a a fast-moving, lean startup environment.
