Job Description:

Demand Coordinator is an interface between ESAB Europe and the interregional supply chain teams, collects demand data and market trends. Responsible for consolidating, sharing, and improving the data quality of the interregional demand data. Reports ESAB EU Excess & Obsolete stock, seeks opportunities to reduce excess inventory.

What You'll be doing 📚

  • Responsible for interregional demand used in the monthly S&OP (supports demand process)

  • Reports forecast accuracy and seeks opportunities to improve interregional demand accuracy

  • Provides platforms for Specialty Alloy meetings

  • Generates E&O reports and follows them up

  • Responsible for quarterly scrap

  • Actively works together with other departments eg. Sales, and product management to increase demand forecast accuracy and reduce excess inventory

  • Deliver the demand forecast

What We are looking for

  • 3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain

  • Fluent English spoken and written, any other language is a plus

  • Highly skilled in data analytics (MS Excel, Access and BI tools, VBA knowledge is a plus), experience with ERP systems (SAP, M3, Oracle, etc.)

  • Accuracy of demand and forecast plans

  • Ability to process large amounts of data

  • Ability to communicate with large groups of people

  • Target-oriented and keeps reporting deadlines

  • Able to translate complex matters into easy-to-understand information

  • Ability to work with different people from different cultures and regions

  • Nice to have:

    • University/College degree preferably in Logistics- Supply Chain, Economics, IT, Technology or APICS

    • Other European language knowledge
