About the role:
The Senior DEI Generalist/Partner will play a strategic role in supporting the organization's commitment to reviewing HR practices beyond base pay to eliminate bias, as part of the EPIC pledge project. This role will lead and drive the implementation of strategic DEI initiatives across key workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and external regulatory requirements.
Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Work in collaboration with P&O Global Process Owners (GPO) to identify possible bias in the employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure compliance and alignment in the execution between the EPIC pledge pillars
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align EPIC initiatives with global DEI strategic plans
- Design and implement human-centered design principles training for global process owners.
- Develop and tailor bias training content to align with organizational culture and values.
- Oversee audience segmentation and ensure effective delivery of bias training.
- Support statistical analysis efforts to identify equity hotspots across the talent lifecycle.
- Support the definition remediation plans and oversee their implementation for legal entities with more than 100 employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and process definition for external reporting.
- Validate methodologies and manage phased implementation across legal entities.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting. Feedback from internal partners and client groups -Project KPI’s .
- Expertise in bias identification and mitigation within HR processes. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent facilitation and training skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DEI, HR, or a related field with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
