Advanced Analytics & Insight Enablement: Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.  Support pricing, reserving, underwriting, and portfolio performance analysis through reliable data access and structure.  Communicate insights and technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

Database Design & Data Platform Operations: Design and optimize database schemas, storage structures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning approaches.  Align external MGA data structures with Incline’s internal data architecture.  Maintain high availability, security, and operational reliability of cloud-based database systems.

Dashboard Development & Reporting Enablement: Support and guide the development of executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions.  Ensure reporting platforms are scalable, intuitive, and performant.  Partner with analytics teams to continuously improve reporting based on stakeholder feedback.

Data Governance, Quality & Mentorship: Establish and enforce enterprise data quality standards and governance practices.  Maintain clear documentation and audit-ready data processes.  Mentor data analysts and engineers on best practices in database design, performance optimization, and analytics enablement.
