Leads Incline’s business development strategy for specialty insurance, building proactive pipelines, expanding broker and referral relationships, managing CRM visibility and reporting, and coordinating conference, channel, and account-growth initiatives. Partners closely with underwriting and senior leadership to broaden distribution, convert target MGAs and prospective clients, and institutionalize business development across the enterprise.

Supports business development and underwriting through market research, prospect intelligence, CRM and pipeline management, reporting, presentations, marketing collateral, conference coordination, and opportunity tracking. The role researches MGAs, brokers, program administrators, and market segments; maintains accurate relationship and opportunity data; develops dashboards and executive-ready materials; coordinates outreach and follow-up; and collaborates with business development, underwriting, reinsurance, marketing, and leadership teams.

Serves as the senior legal executive for a private equity-backed property and casualty insurance platform. Advises the CEO, Board, and leadership team on governance, financing, M&A, insurance and reinsurance, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, disputes, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk. Leads the General Counsel and legal team, manages outside counsel and legal spend, and develops legal operations and capabilities to support company growth.

Provides legal counsel for property and casualty insurance operations, specializing in reinsurance agreements, MGA and program contracts, regulatory compliance, commercial negotiations, claims and litigation support, and strategic initiatives. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risk, interacts with insurance regulators, manages outside counsel, and improves legal processes and documentation. Requires substantial reinsurance and insurance law experience, strong contracting skills, and practical business judgment.
