Senior Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who loves solving puzzles, someone who won’t stop digging until they truly understand what’s behind a number, a pattern, or a problem. In this role, you’ll turn messy, scattered data into meaningful insights that drive decisions across the entire company, from revenue and marketing to product and operations.

This role isn’t about simply building dashboards or producing reports; it’s about asking the right questions, uncovering the story behind the data, and helping teams make better, evidence-based decisions.

We’re open to candidates at any level who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid coding skills. What matters most is your ability to think, explore, and figure things out.

• Work closely with different teams to clarify questions and define the problems behind the problems.
• Dive deep into data to uncover insights, inconsistencies, and hidden opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical questions, then answer them with clarity and precision.
  

• Analyze complex datasets across the company to explain trends, anomalies, and drivers of performance.
• Communicate findings clearly, with code, visuals, or plain language, so that non-technical stakeholders understand not only what is happening, but why.
• Develop practical, data-backed recommendations that lead to tangible improvements in how teams operate and make decisions.
  

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to extract, process, and analyze data (language-agnostic: Python, R, SQL, or similar).
• Design and build visualizations or reports using modern tools of your choice.
• Ensure data accuracy, automation, and consistency across analyses and dashboards.
  

• Experience: Any level of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence is welcome, as long as you have the right skillset and mindset.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong coding proficiency.
• SQL fluency and solid understanding of data structures and joins.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or custom-coded dashboards).
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills. Able to identify trends, dig into outliers, and validate assumptions.
• Communication: Comfortable translating complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mindset: Curious, persistent, detail-oriented, and driven by discovery. Someone who sees data challenges as puzzles to be solved.
