Own the full sales cycle for Maqsam’s Arabic AI-powered contact center platform, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing. Build customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets. The role suits a confident, commission-driven sales professional who is comfortable with technology and can quickly learn and explain software solutions. SaaS, outreach, prospecting, or prior Maqsam platform experience is advantageous.

Own CRM data quality, pipeline integrity, sales dashboards, forecasting, deal desk support, territory and commission administration, and sales-process improvements. Partner with Marketing and Success Operations on lead routing, funnel definitions, renewals, and expansion handoffs. Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actions, while building workflow automations across CRM and related systems.
