Your role:
- Collaborate with data analysts & stakeholders to understand in-depth the business requirements, design expected outcomes and user stories.
- Gather, integrate, and clean up data from various Nexo-based and external sources.
- Implement statistical and/or machine learning models to drive actionable insights.
- Automate existing models to run on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Monitor and improve data and model quality.
- Visualize model results, integrate with Tableau dashboards & extract business insights.
What makes you stand out:
- 3+ years experience as Data Scientist.
- Theoretical knowledge of common statistical and machine learning algorithms - e.g. predictive, clustering, classification, optimization algorithms.
- Proven ability for practical application of such models to solve business problems - e.g. forecasting, customer segmentation, customer engagement, driver impact analysis.
- Experience in exploring, integrating, and modelling massive data sets (100+ million of rows with dozens of variables).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark.
- Reporting and Data Visualization skills will be considered a plus.
- Working experience with AWS solutions will be considered a plus.
- Working experience with APIs will be considered a plus.
- Experience in finance, banking and/or crypto will be considered a plus.
- Experience with NLP techniques, analyzing and classifying large amounts of text data will be considered a plus.
