Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate data processing and reporting.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, sales, IT) to design innovative solutions for scalable reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility in all AI/automation initiatives.
- Generate predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and recommend actionable applications for the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
- Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with financial modeling or reporting systems (e.g., Onestream) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or automation-focused roles.
- Prior experience in the finance or corporate reporting sector is highly desirable.
