As a Senior Data Scientist in our Customer Data Science team, you'll take ideas from experimentation to production, using machine learning and emerging AI technologies to improve how we work and the experiences we create for our customers.
What you’ll own
- Lead the design, development and deployment of machine learning and agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Turn complex problems into practical solutions through advanced analytics, experimentation and statistical modelling.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to bring AI innovation to life, while sharing your expertise to help others grow.

- 5+ years' experience in Data Science, with a track record of delivering impactful machine learning and AI solutions.
- Advanced Python and SQL skills, with strong knowledge of statistical modelling, experimentation and modern data platforms.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production ready ML models and agentic AI solutions, including LLMs.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear recommendations.
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
