You will collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more, to tackle complex data problems and shape the future of fintech. 

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Data Science Manager to lead our Growth Data Science team. This team plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and developing innovative solutions to accelerate our company's growth trajectory. This role would be the key strategic partner with the head of growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering and Marketing to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and unlock growth potential at scale using data science and analytics.

• Define the team's vision, mission and priorities in alignment with the head of growth as a newly setup team

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

• Oversee the development and deployment of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our growth capabilities such as experimentation platform

• Guide your team in applying a variety of data science techniques—including statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation—to solve a wide range of growth-related challenges, such as customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive measurable growth.

• Clearly and persuasively communicate data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring your findings influence stakeholders at all levels.
  

• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring data science teams, with a demonstrable track record of fostering growth and development.

• A deep understanding of growth principles and a history of applying data science to drive growth initiatives in areas such as customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling, with experience in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.

• Proven ability to translate business objectives into data science initiatives and align team priorities with overall growth strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.

Compensation Range: $180K - $300K
