Job Description

Acts as point-of contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage E2E operational queries and support to clients. Act as secondary point of contact in the absence of team lead in managing E2E operational queries and deliverables. Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality as well as engaging with stakeholders 

  • Accountable for managing e2e NIQ’s Statistical Operations processes with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data to clients according to SLAs for assigned 

countries. This would also include extensive data analysis using statistical/mathematical techniques. 

  • Support addressing client queries related to Statistical Operations 

  • Accountable for critical to quality decisions in Statistical Operations processes 

  • Maintain two-way communication process with other teams 

  • Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements 

  • Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs 

  • Team's KPI monitoring (quality and on time delivery) and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area  

  • Contributing to the implementation of new standards and processes  

  • Good knowledge of product portfolio in scope of at least one market/project  

  • Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues in order to delivering against the set objectives  

  • Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness 

  • Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for re-work from any Operations team. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Any Graduate (External) preference given to Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science 

  • Minimum experience of 2 years and above in NIQ Operations (For Internals) 

  • Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines 

  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail. 

  • Project management aptitude (Decision making, critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.) 

  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency 

  • Good in SQL and Excel. 

  • Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details  

  • Client communication skills  

  • Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions  

  • Able to drive initiatives forward and deliver business results in a client focused manner  

  • Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together  

  • Good understanding of end-to-end production process/stream knowledge  

  • Very good understanding of the local market

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years experience in NIQ Operations
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills and experience using statistical/mathematical techniques
