Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Manager at Impiricus, you will lead the management and optimization of our healthcare professional (HCP) database while driving strategic data initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, develop automated solutions, and provide crucial insights that inform business decisions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to enhance our data operations and support business growth.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • HCP Inventory Management
    • Lead the oversight and management of HCP database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
    • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to Customer Success and Sales teams
    • Collaborate with Development and Product teams to design and implement automated tools for inventory insights
    • Partner with Customer Success teams to optimize campaign execution through data-driven decisions
    • Develop and maintain documentation for inventory management processes
  • Data Operations and Monitoring
    • Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitoring processes
    • Design and implement comprehensive data dashboards for operational performance tracking
    • Lead the evaluation and refinement of automated reporting tools
    • Collaborate with teams to understand and address data needs
    • Implement data validation procedures and quality control measures
    • Monitor database health and performance metrics
  • Data Strategy and Analysis
    • Contribute to long-term data strategy development and implementation
    • Conduct complex analyses to support strategic decision-making
    • Identify opportunities for data process improvement and automation
    • Provide recommendations for data infrastructure enhancement
    • Support data-driven initiatives across the organization


Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or operational roles
  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline)
  • Strong experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Expert-level knowledge of Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with data quality management and process optimization
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with data governance and compliance is beneficial
