Leads a team of manual and automation QA engineers, overseeing test planning, execution, defect tracking, QA standards, release coverage, and automation framework expansion. The role partners with product, development, data, and executive teams to improve quality practices, support compliance, and strengthen testing across software platforms in an Agile environment.

Own end-to-end account-based marketing programs, translating commercial priorities into briefs, campaigns, events, direct mail, client experiences, and sales activations. Coordinate Sales, Marketing, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing timelines, budgets, logistics, follow-up, reporting, attribution, and optimization. Manages and develops designers while remaining hands-on on high-impact product surfaces. Designs trustworthy AI and agentic workflows for regulated healthcare products and maintains standards across production and AI-assisted development tools.

Build and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized and serverless workloads, monitoring, security, and automation. Lead incident response, improve reliability and cost efficiency, resolve software defects, enhance QA automation, and support feature development. The role requires production software experience, cloud infrastructure expertise, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, SQL, CI/CD, containerization, networking, and cloud security knowledge.

Lead product-focused technical sales and implementation for an AI-powered life sciences platform. Conduct discovery, enterprise pitches, demos, RFPs, solution design, integration scoping, prototyping, and technical specifications. Translate client goals into scalable deployments, distinguish bespoke work from core product capabilities, and collaborate across Commercial, Client Services, Product, and Engineering. Build reusable AI-assisted solutioning workflows and potentially establish and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team.
