How You'll Contribute:
Lead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines that support critical business operations and analytics initiatives
Architect scalable data solutions that handle growing volumes of insurance data while maintaining performance and reliability
Establish data quality frameworks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data across the organization
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on data engineering best practices, design patterns, and technical problem-solving
