Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and probability distributions.
- Experience working with machine learning tools and algorithms.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business or product insights.
- Hands-on experience building robust, flexible data pipelines in production environments.
- Experience integrating data across multiple systems and data sources, including APIs and external platforms.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, data, and quality/validation contexts.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance in ambiguous, research-heavy environments.
- Experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks or tooling (e.g., HealthBench, Label Studio, or similar platforms).
- Prior work on AI safety, validation, or evaluation methodologies, particularly in regulated or high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare).
- Experience designing or evaluating LLM-based systems, including automated evaluation approaches (e.g., LLM-as-Judge).
- Background in health AI, clinical data, or healthcare analytics.
Experience taking AI or data science research concepts and successfully productionizing them. - Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working on a high-traffic, consumer product with real-world scale and impact
- Shaping mobile experiences that users rely on daily
- Collaborating closely with product and design to craft polished user journeys
- Raising the bar for mobile engineering standards and practices
- Exploring modern mobile tooling and continuously improving how apps are built and delivered
- Overlap: Eastern Timezone (US)
- Close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional setup
- Active participation in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Comfortable working in a distributed team with regular communication and alignment
- Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
