We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to develop and operate a critical European reporting product that directly supports Sales and business performance across Europe.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants real ownership, enjoys working close to the business, and thrives in environments where solutions are built from the ground up. The product is strategically important for the company, with clear visibility to senior leadership and tangible impact on how Sales and Finance make decisions.
You will be part of the Europe organization, joining a team partially based in Warsaw, and working daily with cross‑functional partners across the business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate an end‑to‑end data product, from data ingestion through to business‑ready outputs
Develop and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Azure, including defining transformations, business logic, and data quality controls
Shape and implement the reporting layer, collaborating with stakeholders as reporting needs and tools evolve (e.g. Power BI or alternative solutions)
Partner closely with Sales and Finance to translate business questions into reliable, scalable data solutions
Work hands‑on with Data Scientists and analysts, enabling analytics and advanced use cases on top of well‑engineered data foundations
Ensure solutions are production‑ready, with appropriate documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Actively contribute to team ways of working, engineering best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Europe IT Community.
Job Qualifications
Strong, hands‑on experience in Data Engineering, especially:
Building reporting layers
Designing and implementing data pipelines
Applying data transformations and business logic
Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure (preferred), GCP or AWS, including setting up solutions from scratch
Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, business‑facing environments.
Experience collaborating with other technical experts including Data Scientists and data analytics.
Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks / Spark or PySpark and modern data platforms is a strong advantage.
