A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Data and Reporting Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager Intelligence DevOps and Insights.
A bit about your role
As a Senior Data & Reporting Specialist, you will lead the design, development and delivery of scalable Power BI reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision making across the business. You will play a key role in implementing field data strategies, developing intuitive self-service reporting capabilities, and ensuring users have access to reliable, insightful and actionable data.
Working closely with stakeholders, product owners and cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver innovative solutions that address business challenges and support continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into impactful analytics products and reporting solutions.
A bit about you
You are data-driven analytics professional with strong business engagement skills and a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful insights. Experienced in partnering with stakeholders, SMEs and Product Owners, you can translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics and self-service BI solutions. You have a strong understanding of data profiling, governance and ETL processes, enabling the delivery of trusted, high-quality data products that support informed decision making.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing analytical thinking with a customer-focused mindset. With experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions, you are skilled in testing, validation and user acceptance processes, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and aligned to business needs. A proactive problem solver, you continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, drive adoption and deliver impactful analytics capabilities that create value for stakeholders.
