The Position

Are you the Data & Analytics rockstar we are looking for? Join our team in Madrid and help us to grow the analytics service by revolutionizing digital analytics within the Southern Europe market!

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant who will provide detailed solutions to achieve maximum conversion and increase turnover for the business.As part of the Data & Analytics team, you actively participate in the projects carried out by Incubeta. These projects cover a wide range of services, including data collection, data analysis, dashboarding, CRO, and Cloud 4 Marketing projects. You will also actively participate in the Data & Analytics offers. Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will help prioritise web analytics requests, tasks & deliverables according to business needs across different Industries. This is an exciting time to join as our Data and Analytics team is going through a big period of growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the promotion of Data / Analytics Marketing maturity framework to our clients
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables sent to the client. (Analysis, presentations, etc..)
  • Follow a structured action plan punctuated by various milestones.
  • Ensure data quality & accuracy.
  • Oversee operational and technical implementation with junior profiles or data engineers / data scientists
  • Address issues related to digital activity management using key performance indicators.
  • Guide clients in optimising website conversion through analysis and optimisation of online media purchasing.
  • Provide data analysis services for clients, focusing on industry-specific indicators in areas such as travel, telco, retail, financial services etc.. to ensure alignment with their business objectives.

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working on digital analytics projects, especially Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4)
  • Proven expertise in online acquisition channels: search engines (SEO, SEM, bid-management tools), display ads, email marketing, social media, AdExchange, mobile apps, and more.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of business English (Portuguese & Italian are a plus)
  • Sound understanding of the Southern European and specific Spanish online advertising industry - knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers, agencies landscape, and online media buying & selling processes including the programmatic buying landscape,
  • Preferable but not essential ability to code/script in support of customer requirements (SQL and/or JavaScript and/or Python)
  • Experience in designing and building solutions with ETL, TMS, Web Analytics tools, etc.
  • Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory skills,
  • Proven track record of successful business development gained at a media agency or advertiser level,
  • Proven knowledge in Google Analytics 360,
  • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, ad technologies, cross-media solutions,
  • Advanced project management skills,
  • Knowledge of Analysis techniques applied to Marketing. Google Cloud knowledge is a plus.
