The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering analytics that support healthcare quality improvement, provider engagement, and patient experience outcomes. This role works closely with business and data leaders to build the foundations for data quality and controls. The Senior Data Analyst is hands on in analysis and reporting, while also interacting with key stakeholders to shape requirements, improving data quality, and ensuring controls reflect what the field teams expect.

What you will do:
- Analyze and interpret business and operational data to deliver actionable insights and reporting that support informed decision making
- Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data for accurate analytics and reporting deliverables
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and performance metrics, developing reporting solutions around quality measures, controls, and experience related outcomes
- Collaborate closely with non technical stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical outputs, and communicate findings in clear, accessible language
- Partner with field and provider facing teams to deliver timely, relevant insights that guide prioritization, performance improvement, and follow up actions

- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven extensive experience working with complex data environments and mining large datasets, including advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other transferable programming languages
- Demonstrated experience working with modern data technologies such as Airflow, DBT, or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive data driven business solutions within complex data environments
- Demonstrated solid hands on experience working with and analyzing large scale datasets
- Demonstrated solid working knowledge of relational databases and database design principles
- Demonstrated basic familiarity with big data and cloud technologies
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through technical discussions and analytical insights
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build networks within multidisciplinary environments
- Demonstrated solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately convey complex information across organizational levels, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with high personal initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently
Other useful skills and experience include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Risk Adjustment, with proven experience working in healthcare or data centric roles and exposure to datasets such as member and claims data
- Proven experience preparing and presenting data insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience working with big data technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Demonstrated understanding of data masking and data segregation methods within Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
