Primary Responsibilities:
  • Development, improvements, and maintenance on controllership web application, it requires resource to work on business requirement and follow Optum Coding standards and work on new projects in Advanced .NET (ASP .NET Core/React/MVC/ Blazor), SQL and Azure DevOps. Developer responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code following best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience on Advanced .NET, React and SQL
  • Solid experience with different UI technologies CSS, JavaScript and UI frameworks (Kendo)
  • Working experience on MVC Design patterns
  • Expertise debugging capabilities and resolving the issues while executing the code and automate the process
  • Knowledge on GitHub Integration with Azure DevOps
  • Developing / Fully Proficient
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, React, C#., Advanced SQL and Azure DevOps
  • Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
  • Proven ability to fix jobs due to logic/code issues and able to do jobs modifications based on the requirements
  • Proven ability to analyze the code, understand the purpose, modify the code to run successfully
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Proven good communication skills and interact to the customers on frequent basis
  • Proven ability to apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
  • Proven ability to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
  • Proven ability to refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
  • Proven ability to assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement
  • Proven ability to provide support for critical production systems

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience with advanced .NET, React, and SQL
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, React, and C#
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server (views, stored procedures, functions, triggers)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub integration
  • Working experience with MVC design patterns
  • Solid experience with UI technologies: CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and UI frameworks (Kendo)
  • Experience building Web API services
  • Expertise debugging, resolving code/logic issues, and automating processes
  • Proven ability to analyze, modify, and optimize existing code and schemas
  • Proven ability to assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement
  • Proven ability to apply data modeling techniques to meet integration and performance expectations
  • Proven ability to support critical production systems and provide end-to-end problem resolution
  • Proven ability to refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
