This position is Strategic Insights Analyst - Digital Insights and is responsible for digital measurement support, analytics and research. This position supports Strategic Insights, Enterprise Insights, and the Digital Measurement and VOC teams, as well as key business partners. This position is critical in driving growth and enabling our mission to help people live healthier lives and to make the health system better for everyone.
This position is responsible for driving short- and long-term insights support for UnitedHealthcare's digital properties. The Digital Insights analyst will act as a key partner to digital directors and senior leaders, ensuring expansion and activation of consumer and competitive insights. This role is responsible for communicating insights and bringing best-in-class digital measurement and learning capabilities to UnitedHealth Group.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and expand current digital insight collection capabilities and execute strategy across UnitedHealth Group
  • Conduct analyses of website performance (integrating multiple data sources including quantitative results, trend information, and behavioral/Adobe data) and assist in preparing easy to interpret presentations that deliver insightful, strategic, and actionable insights
  • Leverage the Qualtrics Engage platform to collect survey and user information to display actionable insights on Qualtrics dashboards for stakeholders
  • Understand business objectives and develop and execute research plans that effectively address the needs of digital teams across the Enterprise
  • Work collaboratively with digital partners to develop an insights communication framework to drive the right insights to the right teams at the right time
  • Collaborate with digital UX, strategy, and analytics teams to execute sustainable and scalable concept testing
  • Partner with digital product managers, experience and discovery practices to run strategic usability and user research projects
  • Respond to requests for ad hoc analysis within short timeframes and an emphasis on exceptional quality and accuracy
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring work is accurate, neat and error-free
  • Contribute to the success of a strong strategic insights group as a collaborative team member
  • Leverage emerging tools and AI-enabled capabilities, where appropriate, to improve research operations and reporting automation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and/or utilizing primary and secondary research
  • 3+ years of experience executing programs to understand website, app, or other digital interactions
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve research workflows, reporting, or dashboard delivery
  • Proven solid project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital experience measurement strategy
  • Proven ability to drive cross functional efforts through insights and relationship development
  • Proven self-starter and problem solver with passion for driving action through insight curation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Qualtrics Engage
  • Experience blending behavioral and perceptional information in digital space
  • Proven solid communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
