Key Responsibilities
- Focused on extracting value from data by building high-impact dashboards, performing advanced analysis, and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Own cross-functional KPI frameworks (e.g., our "Gap to Goal" hardware demand dashboard).
- Build attribution models that connect marketing spend to hardware registrations, and analyze product-led growth funnels from sign-up through monetization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Data Analysis / Analytics / BI roles.
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL (advanced level)
- Looker Studio (our primary BI tool) or similar (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience analyzing data in BigQuery or similar cloud warehouses.
- Experience with attribution modeling (multi-touch, channel attribution, marketing mix).
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience building and owning cross-functional KPI frameworks spanning marketing, product, and revenue.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GA4 raw event data (not just dashboarding on processed data — understanding the underlying event model).
- Experience with hardware + software or mixed business models (sell-in vs sell-through, channel vs direct, subscription vs perpetual).
- Experience with product-led growth metrics (funnel analysis, activation, conversion, cohort analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Segment, Braze, or similar marketing/product tools.
- Exposure to dbt or data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis.
- Knowledge of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle and growth frameworks.
- Comfort with AI-assisted analysis (Claude, Copilot).
