We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB Analytics Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role is responsible to perform data analysis leveraging insurance expertise to support business improvement and strategic initiatives. You will create straightforward analytical reports to facilitate fact-based, predictive, and “what-if” decision-making.

We will count on you to:

• Prepare and format data to align with customer presentation needs.
• Organize data for reporting purposes, highlighting key insights and occasionally identifying insights independently.
• Implement basic analytical methods and collaborate with Business Analytics and IT teams to maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, including data storage, modeling, and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and environmental policies, and company-specific procedures.
• Handle incoming tasks efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and persistence in resolving any outstanding issues.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor's Degree; preferable Math or Statistics graduate
• At least 4+ years of experience in similar field of client facing, account handling experience, but not necessarily from the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills and experience (not relying on tools for data validation and reporting). Must have experience in handling large sets of data in excel
• Having an ‘Actuarial background’ is a plus
• Ideally someone experience in data analytics (specifically medical claims) from insurance brokers or insurance companies.
