Update model-based product costing by refreshing material cost data used in statistical linear regression models.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$134,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Apply company resources to investigate, understand, and report data mapping from legacy to new WBS
- Develop tools to be used by multiple business units for translating artifacts to reflect the new WBS, such as quoting and costing database files, Maestro drawing cost options, and project cost reports
- Publish a Scenario Book transparency report, similar to the existing Service Book transparency report
- Support the Product Costing team with their annual Cost Book refresh efforts
- Establish a function-based Cost Book utilizing statistical material and project costs
- Support the growth and development of junior data analysts
Required
- 5+ years of experience with SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of BI tools and platforms – PowerQuery and Power BI most useful
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability presenting data findings in simple and easy to understand ways
- Excellent skills with MS Excel
- Outstanding team interaction and communication skills
- Experience in the supply chain solutions industry, or a related field
- Ability to read complex product drawings and assess product Bills of Material
- Experience with Knime Analytics
- Ability to work with global colleagues
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of one of the listed degrees.
Location & Authorization: This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to our Grand Rapids, MI office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
