As an individual contributor, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of an industry’s transformation: providing sensors that help the business navigate a rapidly changing med tech market. You are the tread between sales and operations: you develop the queries, visualize the data, and then train your end-user customers on the new tools that are critical to winning. You love data, supply chain, and enabling human mobility at scale.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, and deploy dashboards to monitor inventory, network, cost-to-serve, and surgery coverage health
• Develop SQL queries and create PowerBI visualizations of vast data for the S+N Global market
• Craft a narrative that gives meaning to data and provides direction
• Recommend a course for action to audiences ranging from warehouse associates to senior executives
• Be the backbone behind process improvement projects; guiding managers on the leading and lagging impact of their actions

What will you need to be successful?

• Minimum 2-3 years in Data Analysis or consultant role
• Medical device industry experience a plus
• Supply chain and/or Logistics experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• MBA or related graduate-level education/degree is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake and PowerBI Development
