The Job

Simpro Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to transform data into actionable insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, cleanse, and analyse complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Design and develop compelling dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio and Power BI to communicate insights across the business.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

• Present clear, concise, and insightful analysis to stakeholders, offering data-driven recommendations that support operational and strategic goals.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization through data.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Google Looker Studio is essential.

• Salesforce experience is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex data and translate them into business value.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
