Senior Data Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain sign-offs.
• Develop and maintain critical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and source-to-target mappings (STM).
• Ensure project teams deliver data assets that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and metadata collection.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business teams and secure necessary approvals.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Set-Up
• Schedule: Rotating shift

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Wealth Management sector.
• Experience with data-centric projects, including master data management, data integration, data warehousing, and reporting.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and providing insights.
• Experience delivering data documentation artifacts within project deadlines, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case/Unit Testing, and obtaining sign-offs.
• No licenses required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with major trading platforms and performance management platforms such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, and Calypso.
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem and tools.
• Exposure to Azure is a plus.
