Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic strategy an operations team at Anchanto. The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, various business units, CxOs, and directors to understand their data insights needs, prepare requirements, implement end-to-end BI, Analytics, and reporting solutions, and provide comprehensive support for internal strategic and operations projects as well as business units (BUs).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Anchanto, you will have eight key responsibilities will be -

1.       Business and Operations BI -

• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including CxOs and business unit leaders, to identify critical business processes and requirements. Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau that transform these processes into insightful and efficient dashboards and reporting systems.
• Utilizing data modelling techniques and innovative design thinking methods, you will ensure that the solutions provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Continuous monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of these BI solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals, will be an essential aspect of your role.

2.       Data Analysis & Visualization -

• In this capacity, you will conduct in-depth data analysis, employing statistical methods and data exploration techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Your responsibilities also include creating visually engaging and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Effectively communicating data findings and their implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial to ensure clear and actionable insights are provided.

3.       Data Integration & Quality -

• You will collaborate closely with the IT team to seamlessly integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse. Implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will work to ensure that data governance practices are followed to guarantee data quality and reliability.

4.       Tableau Development -

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end Tableau solutions. This includes designing data models, implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and creating interactive and user- friendly dashboards. Ensuring that Tableau solutions are optimized for performance and can handle large datasets effectively is a key part of your responsibilities. You will also stay up-to-date with Tableau best practices and incorporate innovative features into dashboards and reports.

5.       BI - AWS DevOps & Data Management -

• Managing the entire Application Development Cycle using AWS DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring, will be a significant part of your role. You will also work to optimize data queries and models for performance improvements, ensuring efficient data processing and minimal latency. Implementing data management strategies to handle data storage, security, and access in AWS environments is another key responsibility.

6.       Complex Data Extraction -

• In this capacity, you will design and implement complex DAX calculations and SQL scripts for data extraction from relational databases. Ensuring that data extraction processes are robust, efficient, and can handle diverse reporting projects will be a critical aspect of your role. Collaboration with database administrators to optimize database performance and query efficiency is also part of your responsibilities.

• Proven experience in interpreting, analysing, and visualizing

Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related
• Experience in working with BI and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and
