About the Role
Data Analysts in COO Office are critical members to drive the data-driven approaches towards strategy. This role will use data to connect the dots between the company strategy and the business execution. The candidate will be expected to work together within the team to create hypotheses, analyze data in creative ways, and generate insights that will guide the company towards its Strategic Goals.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with team members from other teams to brainstorm hypotheses to C-level strategic questions
- Pull data from various internal sources and analyze them creatively
- Clarify data definitions with business units stakeholders
- Develop and customize Tableau/Google Sheet/Looker studio reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation related to data structures, processes, and transformations for future reference
What You Will Need
- Bachelors in Math, Statistics, Computer science, or Engineering
- 4 years of experience in Data Analyst/BI Analyst/BI Engineer
- Experience and deep understanding understanding of: SQL & Python
- Hands on experience with data visualization Tableau Looker studio/Google Sheet
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (English is a must) to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative team player
- Intellectually curious and always learning
