What you will do
Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to generate headcount models for the number of front-line sellers needed globally across all domains. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying markets in need of hiring front line sellers and helping to set quotas globally. The role has exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement. We prefer to have this person based in Milwaukee, WI, but are open to remote for the right candidate.
How you will do it
- Work with key stakeholders to identify, source, and produce new lead workflows for our Central Operations
- Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.
- Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across HR Systems, CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.
What we look for
Required
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Snowflake and PowerBI.
- Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Workday
- Ability to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.
- Ability to work in a global team environment.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $82,600-105,100 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Sales Commission Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
