As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams, translating ambiguous business challenges into a clear analytics roadmap. You will own complex analytical initiatives from end-to-end, setting the standard for rigor and quality. This role is critical for not only answering the company’s most challenging questions but also for mentoring a team of analysts and fostering a data-first culture.

- Business Partnership & Influence: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert consultation and data-driven recommendations to influence the business roadmap. Excel at translating complex analytical outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for an executive audience.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the most complex, high-visibility analytics projects, often with ambiguous requirements and cross-functional dependencies. Define the scope, methodology, and success criteria for large-scale analytical initiatives.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor more junior data analysts, providing technical guidance, coaching on analytical best practices, and fostering their professional growth. Champion a culture of high-quality work, intellectual curiosity, and accountability.
- Defining Best Practices: Define and evangelize analytics best practices, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization. Drive initiatives to improve data literacy and ensure analytical rigor is applied throughout the business.
- Data Strategy & Governance: Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to influence data strategy, improve data infrastructure, and drive data governance initiatives. Take a leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and reliability of our core data assets.

- Spreadsheet Fluency: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling, pivot tables, lookup/index-match functions, and data cleanup techniques.
- Cloud Data Ecosystems: Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with a modern data warehouse or lakehouse environment (Snowflake, Databricks), including an understanding of its architecture and cost-management principles and experience with the AI features of modern data tools.
- AI-Driven Strategy & Automation: Leads the design and implementation of AI-powered agents and automated analytical systems to scale insight delivery, reduce manual effort, and embed intelligent decision-making capabilities within the business.
- Business Systems Acumen: Strong understanding of the data models behind enterprise systems such as CRM (Salesforce).
