The Role (Contractual job title: Principal QA Auditor):
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be a key member of an innovative and motivated team, focused on Quality data, analytics and strategic initiatives.
Handling data from a broad variety of functions related to clinical trials and healthcare intelligence, you will be understanding, interpreting and reporting data to support and influence our internal colleagues and clients - helping them to make data driven decisions to define key areas of focus, strategy and improvements for their area of responsibility.
You will also be involved in large- and small-scale projects related to strategic priorities for the use of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence in a QA environment.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has a passion for building a career in Data, enjoys the detail and discovery, and also the stakeholder management and team collaboration element of the role.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy while being supported by a strong and collaborative team.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Experienced in an analytical role within a complex, large company environment
- An analytical mind-set, with the ability to understand complex issues, collect, analyse and condense data into valuable information and insights.
- Advanced Excel user knowledge and practice (including Charts, Pivot Tables, advanced calculations & nested formulae, merging datasets). Experience with SQL applications as well as statistical analysis and visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with different levels of the organisation, including up to leadership levels
- Proven ability to adapt to new ways of working with a focus on efficient, agile, data-driven approaches
- Competency in leading and supporting projects and improvement initiatives within and across multiple functions. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification, or equivalent is an advantage.
