The Role

 

As a Resource Distribution & Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning teams' daily workflows. You will be working in close communication with all relevant teams involved in our products. The role requires a combination of good planning and organizational skills.
Focused greatly on content distribution, work schedule optimization, hours distribution, and database compilation.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • To take over accountability over a long-term shift scheduling FT/PT based on the monthly content;
  • Vacation targets planning;
  • Processing of sick leaves;
  • Training planning based on pre-defined coverage targets;
  • Transferred content analysis and tracking - monthly;
  • Collection of data for the monthly report of the RDP Team.

 

Requirements:

  • High accuracy;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to be productive and concentrated in a high-stress work environment;
  • Good reporting ability.
