Ingredion is seeking a skilled and analytical Global Data Analyst, Digital Manufacturing & Procurement to help drive data-driven decision-making across our global operations. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop impactful dashboards, and support digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing and procurement processes worldwide.

As a Global Data Analyst, Digital Manufacturing & Procurement, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting solutions, developing data pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders across regions to improve operational performance through analytics and digital technologies.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Manufacturing & Procurement Analytics and has no direct reports.

What will you do: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain global dashboards and visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Connect and integrate data from enterprise platforms and multiple business systems to enable automated reporting and analysis.
  • Validate, cleanse, and harmonize data from different regions to ensure consistency and accuracy in global reporting.
  • Support the implementation of reporting standards, governance practices, and data quality requirements across the organization.
  • Leverage Microsoft technologies including Power Automate and Power Apps to improve efficiency and digital ways of working.
  • Own and continuously enhance reports within the Global Digital Operations environment, improving performance, refresh rates, and user experience.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines and data engineering solutions to support scalable analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to integrate data from systems such as SAP, BY, Aspen, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Lead local analytics initiatives that support manufacturing, quality, procurement, engineering, and operational excellence objectives.
  • Provide training, user support, workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to encourage adoption of reporting solutions.

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, or reporting solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Experience writing queries, creating reports, and effectively presenting analytical findings.
  • Experience working with enterprise data sources and supporting data integration initiatives.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
