The Role

InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.


We’re seeking a Senior Customer Success Representative for our European team. This is a unique opportunity to not only drive client success but also play a pivotal role in establishing and growing InvGate’s presence in the region.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and tailor software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring customers achieve maximum ROI from our products.
  • Drive ongoing customer engagement by analyzing product usage data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to promote deeper adoption and value realization.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to stakeholders at all organizational levels, from end-users to executive leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming the go-to expert for their needs.
  • Develop documentation, training, and best practices to enable seamless implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to align customer insights with our solutions.
  • Lay the groundwork for a customer success function in Europe, establishing processes and strategies that will scale.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in Customer Success, software implementation, or technical support, ideally in a leadership or foundational role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work across cultures.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (50% of work involves English-speaking clients); additional European languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
