Summary: Join our dynamic EMEA renewal sales team as a Senior Customer Renewal Specialist at SolarWinds, where you will play a vital role in guiding customers through the renewal and conversion sales cycle. Your expertise will help maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring they continue to benefit from our solutions. Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue retention and conversions through detailed funnel management, a scalable customer renewal engine, ensuring timely execution of agreements, and seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with channel partners to ensure the customer has access to their renewal and conversion quotes, and complete the order prior to expiration.
- Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions.
- Work with customers and the channel to resolve any issues that may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds.
- Product roadmap and cost presentation to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
- Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present them to the customer
- Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce to Sales/Renewals leadership
- Partner with account managers, sales engineers, and customer success teams to deliver consultative, value-led renewal conversations.
- Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets.
- Maintain a large volume of renewals with high call and email volume daily.
Required Skills:
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to create a great customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Skilled at forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experienced in the software industry with knowledge of different licensing models, including on-premises, subscription, and SaaS.
- A trusted advisor; demonstrated success in working with channel partners to drive retention and growth.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
- Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and/or Salesforce are a plus
- Experience in EMEA market is a plus.
