Meaningful marketing insights! As a Lead Customer Data Analyst, inform Uline’s Direct Marketing strategy as the “eyes and ears” on our customer experience. Through your research and evaluation, support Uline’s Customer Database and Data Hygiene teams to help us reach and serve our growing customer base!

Position Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to expert on Uline’s Customer Data model, processes and data hygiene workflows.
Partner with the Director of Database Marketing, providing critical data support and insights.
Leverage automation tools to develop datasets and views that drive marketing strategies and data hygiene initiatives.
Identify and resolve customer data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
Maintain and standardize address data, as well as key customer validation tables including SIC and Zip Code / Cities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing environment.
Proficient in SQL, SSIS, Power BI, Power Automate, SAS Enterprise Guide and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
