Job Purpose:

The Senior CTS Project Manager leads complex, high-impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and governs project, change, and release management practices. The role requires advanced leadership, portfolio planning, and process improvement capability to align major initiatives with enterprise priorities. The Senior CTS Project Manager works with CTS leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate delivery across interrelated programs. This role typically reports to the Head of Corporate Systems and strengthens delivery standards across CTS.

Essential Skills:

  • Monitors execution of approved change requests to confirm successful implementation and control outcomes.
  • Oversees vendor engagements and ensure contractual alignment with CTS priorities and business goals.
  • Standardizes and evolves project and operational processes across CTS to improve consistency and control.
  • Governs release management practices to ensure reliable, repeatable enterprise deployments.

Technical Skills:

  • Directs administrative execution across complex programs to ensure consistent coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Establishes portfolio schedules and adjust priorities to align major initiatives with enterprise objectives.
  • Aligns executives, business leaders, and technical teams through clear communications that support enterprise decisions.
  • Optimizes portfolio investments by balancing scope, cost, risk, and operational value across CTS initiatives.
  • Develops and improve change management processes that support reliable CTS execution and governance.
  • Creates CAB communication plans that support consistent stakeholder awareness and change readiness.
  • Strategically allocates resources across programs to maximize delivery effectiveness and priority alignment.
  • Improves upgrade scheduling practices to support reliable, large-scale device refresh execution.
  • Ensures testing strategies reduce release risk and support successful implementation across major initiatives.
  • Standardizes documentation practices to improve consistency, accessibility, and governance across CTS.
  • Leads multiple high-complexity initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes across CTS.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance CTS service delivery and operational performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management or related field, 5-7 years of IT experience and 2-6  years of project management experience
  • Profiecient with  ITIL Foundation and Agile / Scrum fundatmentals.  
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $120,000

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field
