Standardize and improve project and operational processes, govern release practices, and ensure vendor and change request alignment with enterprise priorities.

Lead planning, budgeting, bidding, and execution of construction projects. Manage project teams, cost control, client relationships, preconstruction, contract review, field operations, mentoring, and business development to achieve financial and quality goals.

Support construction QA/QC by performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals, documenting and tracking deficiencies, coordinating testing and commissioning, maintaining inspection records, and working with project teams to ensure compliance with codes and contract requirements.

Lead month-end close and complex accounting activities, ensure GAAP compliance, review reconciliations, support audits, perform financial analysis, drive process and ERP improvements, and mentor junior staff to improve reporting and operational alignment.

Support monthly close and financial reporting by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and reports. Perform job cost accounting, WIP and revenue recognition support, maintain GL/AP/AR/fixed asset records, use ERP and Excel for data accuracy, assist audits, and collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Lead preconstruction efforts including conceptual estimating, bid and trade partner management, permitting guidance, client relationship development, and mentoring preconstruction teams to ensure smooth transition to project execution.

Manage complex supply chain workloads and act as subject-matter expert. Administer and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and large contract portfolios. Develop contract governance, vendor management, sourcing, and risk mitigation processes. Support construction projects (data center experience preferred) and lead high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation activities.

Ensure jobsite safety and regulatory compliance by conducting safety audits, providing guidance during project planning, attending safety meetings and trainings, assisting incident investigations, and partnering with Risk Management to mitigate claims and improve safety performance.

Support QA/QC activities on construction projects: perform field inspections, review drawings and submittals, track and resolve deficiencies, maintain inspection records, verify system readiness for commissioning, and coordinate with project teams to uphold quality standards.
