Executes core accounting activities supporting monthly close and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, performing job cost accounting, supporting revenue recognition and WIP preparation, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, using ERP systems, and supporting internal controls, audits, compliance, and process improvements.

Assists project management teams with planning, budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, documentation, RFIs, submittals, project meetings, scheduling, site coordination, subcontractor communication, safety compliance, and closeout activities for commercial construction projects.

Coordinates daily administrative and office functions for an active construction site, including site mobilization, staff onboarding, office organization, vendor and leadership communication, event coordination, and readiness support. The role independently manages routine operational needs while helping project teams maintain efficient site operations and responsive administrative support.

Owns RFI, submittal, documentation, meeting, and closeout processes; supports cost controls, project schedules, client relations, subcontractor coordination, and site progress monitoring. Manage complex supply chain workloads and act as subject-matter expert. Administer and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and large contract portfolios. Develop contract governance, vendor management, sourcing, and risk mitigation processes. Support construction projects (data center experience preferred) and lead high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation activities.

Ensure jobsite safety and regulatory compliance by conducting safety audits, providing guidance during project planning, attending safety meetings and trainings, assisting incident investigations, and partnering with Risk Management to mitigate claims and improve safety performance.

Leads commercial construction projects from budgeting and bidding through closeout, overseeing cost control, change management, scheduling, quality, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, financial performance, and project teams. The role also supports business development, RFP presentations, staffing decisions, mentoring, training, and employee development.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP equipment on commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects. Manage MEP model coordination, submittals, RFIs, construction progress, vendor startups, commissioning documentation, client training, punch-list closure, and enforce safety/OSHA standards.

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, forecasting, billing, closeout, and mentoring project staff.
