Lead planning, budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade-partner communication, and project closeout for commercial construction projects. Monitor financial goals, manage subcontracts and insurance, coordinate with superintendents through frequent site visits, support business development, mentor junior staff, and use company systems to ensure timely billing and accurate forecasting.

Lead preconstruction activities including conceptual estimating, bid and trade partner management, client relationship building, permitting guidance, site mobilization planning, and mentoring preconstruction teams to ensure smooth transition to construction.
