As we continue to grow rapidly and profitably, we are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to join our team as our first CRM hire. Reporting into our Head of Brand and Product Marketing, you will lead the creation and execution of our customer relationship management strategy to improve customer lifetime value.

What you will do:

  • Strategy development and execution: Define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with our business goals and brand strategy. 
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and our customer loyalty program.
  • Data analysis: Utilise customer data and analytics to segment audiences, identify trends, and optimise campaign performance. 
  • Customer journey mapping: Design and implement customer journey maps to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint in the booking process.
  • Automation: Manage Customer.io (our CRM automation tool) end to end to streamline campaign execution and enhance efficiency.
  • Optimisation: Create and set up A/B tests and drive incremental improvements in performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations. Experience using Looker is highly preferable.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in CRM campaign management, preferably within e-commerce or travel startup or scale-ups.
  • Ability to create and execute a CRM strategy, starting with a relatively ‘blank page'.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation and data analysis tools (e.g. Customer.io, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker etc).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach with a growth mindset.
