Lead end-to-end product design for Search, owning discovery, research, prototyping, UX/UI, validation, and developer handoff. Improve search, home, SEO landing, and results pages through experimentation, design system components, user research, and performance-driven optimizations to increase trust and conversions.

Own supply-side analytics: define and monitor partner KPIs, build self-serve dashboards and LLM-powered tools, run experiments and A/B tests, create business cases for commercial decisions, support provider integrations, and raise analytics standards across the team.

Lead payments strategy and operations for the OTA Merchant-of-Record business: build multi-rail payments architecture, improve acceptance and authorization performance, optimize costs (processing, FX, disputes), and scale MOR operations (refunds, disputes, reconciliation, fraud). Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Support to deliver a measurable payments roadmap and operational excellence.

Lead analytics for the Book on Vio domain: own data strategy, mentor product analysts, partner with product/finance/support, design and analyze A/B tests, build and maintain dbt data models and Looker/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, monitor booking funnel, and provide actionable insights to drive product and commercial decisions.

Lead day-to-day customer support operations across internal teams and BPO partners in a 24/7, high-volume digital environment. Ensure service stability, monitor key metrics, identify risks, coordinate incident responses, drive process improvements, and develop operational capability and team performance.

Lead the launch and scaling of Vio's data products business: define product offerings and pricing, build sales pipeline and close initial deals, and hire and grow a standalone data solutions team focused on accommodation and travel industry customers.
